**Small marks or imperfection on the surface of the metal should not be viewed as defects.

Yuichi Takemata's brass and copper wine coolers are crafted with the technique called “Hera shibori” which is a traditional method of metal spinning which leaves subtle line across the surface of the vessel. The brass and copper surfaces will quickly develop a patina with use and handling.
